ScriptWeavers Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ScriptWeavers website located at https://www.scriptweavers.com, by creating an account, by making a purchase, by downloading any software product, or by using any online tool or service provided by ScriptWeavers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the website, create an account, make any purchases, download any software, or access any online tools or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and ScriptWeavers, the provider of the website, software, and services described herein. Your continued use of any ScriptWeavers product or service following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Definitions

"ScriptWeavers" refers to the business entity operating the website at https://www.scriptweavers.com and providing all associated software products, online tools, and services described on the website. "Website" refers to the ScriptWeavers website and all of its pages, content, features, and functionality. "Software" refers to any downloadable desktop application, tool, or program offered by ScriptWeavers, including but not limited to Reddit Raider, Website Warrior, Content Culler, Media Manager, and any future software products that may be released. "Online Tools" refers to any browser-based utilities, services, or applications provided on the ScriptWeavers website that can be used directly in a web browser without downloading or installing software. "User," "You," and "Your" refer to any individual or entity that accesses the website, creates an account, makes a purchase, downloads software, or uses any online tools or services provided by ScriptWeavers. "License Key" refers to the unique alphanumeric code provided to you upon purchase that grants you the right to activate and use a specific software product on a limited number of devices. "HWID" refers to the Hardware ID, a unique identifier derived from your device's hardware characteristics that is used for license validation purposes.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

In order to purchase software, download products, access license keys, and use certain features of the website, you are required to create a user account. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any other person or entity and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not those activities were authorized by you. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach, you must notify ScriptWeavers immediately by contacting support at mailbox@scriptweavers.com. ScriptWeavers reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorized use, abuse, violation of these terms, or any other activity that may compromise the security or integrity of the website or services.

You agree not to create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing license restrictions, abusing free tools or services, exploiting promotional offers, or for any other purpose that violates the spirit or letter of these terms. ScriptWeavers reserves the right to merge, suspend, or delete duplicate accounts without prior notice.

4. Software Licensing

When you purchase a software product from ScriptWeavers, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on a specified number of devices as indicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, each standard license permits activation on up to three devices simultaneously. This means you may install and activate the software on up to three separate computers or devices that you own or control, such as a desktop computer, a laptop, and one additional device. The license is granted to you personally and may not be transferred, sold, rented, leased, sublicensed, or otherwise made available to any other individual or entity without prior written consent from ScriptWeavers.

License activation requires a valid license key and is verified through our license management system using a Hardware ID derived from your device. Each time you activate the software on a new device, one of your available activation slots is consumed. If you need to move your license to a new device, for example when you replace a computer, you can deactivate the license on the old device through your account on the ScriptWeavers website to free up an activation slot. If you are unable to deactivate a device because it is no longer accessible, you may contact support for assistance with manual deactivation.

The license grants you the right to use the software for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the restrictions and limitations set forth in these terms. You may use the software to download, organize, manage, and display content on your own devices for your own use. The license does not grant you any ownership rights in the software itself, its source code, its design, its algorithms, or any associated intellectual property.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities in connection with your use of ScriptWeavers software, online tools, or the website. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account, revocation of your license keys, and potential legal action:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, data structures, or architecture of any ScriptWeavers software product. This includes but is not limited to the use of debuggers, decompilers, hex editors, packet sniffers, or any other tools or techniques designed to analyze, extract, or reconstruct the internal workings of the software.
  • Modifying, adapting, translating, creating derivative works based on, or making any alterations to the software or any part thereof without prior written authorization from ScriptWeavers. This includes modifying the software to bypass license validation, remove usage restrictions, or alter the intended functionality of the application.
  • Distributing, sharing, uploading, publishing, or otherwise making available the software, your license key, or any component of the software to any third party through any means, including but not limited to file sharing networks, torrent sites, download portals, forums, social media, or any other distribution channel. Each license key is intended for use by a single individual and must not be shared with others.
  • Using the software, online tools, or website for any purpose that is illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international laws, regulations, or ordinances. This includes but is not limited to using the software to download copyrighted content without authorization, to harass or stalk individuals, to collect personal information about third parties without their consent, or to engage in any activity that infringes upon the rights of others.
  • Attempting to circumvent, disable, override, or interfere with any license validation mechanisms, activation limits, security features, access controls, or usage restrictions implemented in the software or on the website. This includes but is not limited to modifying license files, spoofing Hardware IDs, intercepting or manipulating API communications between the software and the license server, or using cracked, pirated, or unauthorized versions of the software.
  • Using automated scripts, bots, or other automated means to access the website, create accounts, make purchases, or interact with online tools in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the website infrastructure or interferes with the normal operation of the website for other users.
  • Using the software, its output, any component thereof, or any data obtained through the software to build, develop, operate, market, or provide a competing product, service, or platform that offers similar or substantially similar functionality to any ScriptWeavers product. This prohibition also extends to reselling, sublicensing, commercially redistributing, or repackaging the software or any data, content, or results obtained through the use of the software to third parties as a standalone product, service, or data feed, whether for profit or otherwise.

6. Third-Party Platform Compliance

ScriptWeavers software products are designed to interact with third-party websites, platforms, and services for the purpose of downloading, scraping, or otherwise accessing publicly available content. You acknowledge and understand that your use of ScriptWeavers software to interact with third-party platforms is subject to the terms of service, acceptable use policies, rate limits, robots.txt directives, and any other rules and restrictions imposed by those third-party platforms. It is your sole and exclusive responsibility to review, understand, and comply with the terms and conditions of any third-party platform you interact with using ScriptWeavers software.

ScriptWeavers does not guarantee that the use of its software complies with the terms of service of any specific third-party platform. The availability and functionality of the software may be affected by changes made by third-party platforms to their websites, APIs, security measures, or terms of service. ScriptWeavers makes no guarantees regarding the continued compatibility of its software with any particular third-party platform and is not obligated to update the software in response to changes made by third parties, although reasonable efforts will be made to maintain compatibility with supported platforms.

ScriptWeavers is not liable for any consequences you may experience as a result of your use of the software on third-party platforms, including but not limited to account bans, suspensions, rate limiting, IP blocks, content removal, legal notices, cease and desist orders, or any other actions taken by third-party platforms or their representatives. You use the software entirely at your own risk and accept full responsibility for your actions and their consequences.

7. Intellectual Property

All software products, online tools, website content, graphics, artwork, illustrations, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, documentation, user interface designs, source code, compiled code, algorithms, databases, and all other materials created by or on behalf of ScriptWeavers are the exclusive intellectual property of ScriptWeavers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The purchase of a software license grants you only the limited right to use the software as described in Section 4 of these terms and does not transfer any ownership, copyright, or other intellectual property rights in the software or any associated materials to you.

The ScriptWeavers name, logo, product names including Reddit Raider, Website Warrior, Content Culler, and Media Manager, and all associated artwork, branding elements, and visual identity are trademarks or trade names of ScriptWeavers. You may not use these trademarks or trade names in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, imply endorsement or affiliation, or disparage ScriptWeavers without prior written consent. You may reference ScriptWeavers products by name for the purpose of honest reviews, discussions, or other fair use purposes, provided that such references are accurate, not misleading, and do not imply any official relationship or endorsement.

All content that you download, scrape, or otherwise obtain through the use of ScriptWeavers software from third-party platforms remains the intellectual property of the original content creators or rights holders. ScriptWeavers does not claim any ownership or rights over content that you access or download using its tools, and your use of such content is subject to applicable copyright laws and the terms of service of the platforms from which the content was obtained.

8. Payments and Pricing

All prices for software products and services are displayed on the ScriptWeavers website in the currency indicated on the product page. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice, and any price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed and paid for. ScriptWeavers reserves the right to offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, bundle deals, or other special pricing from time to time, and the availability and terms of such promotions are at the sole discretion of ScriptWeavers.

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of service and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider. ScriptWeavers does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment credentials on its servers. All payment processing is handled entirely by the third-party payment provider in a PCI DSS compliant environment.

Upon successful completion of payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, license key, and a download link for the purchased software. If you do not receive the confirmation email within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk email folder and contact support at mailbox@scriptweavers.com if the issue persists. ScriptWeavers is not responsible for delays in email delivery caused by your email provider, spam filters, or incorrect email addresses provided during checkout.

Depending on your location, applicable taxes such as VAT, sales tax, or other government-imposed fees may be added to the purchase price at checkout. It is your responsibility to determine and comply with any tax obligations arising from your purchase, including reporting and remitting any applicable taxes to the relevant authorities in your jurisdiction.

9. Refund Policy

ScriptWeavers offers a 14-day refund period from the date of purchase for all software products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date by contacting support at mailbox@scriptweavers.com with your order number and the reason for your refund request. Refunds requested within the 14-day period will be processed without unnecessary questioning, although we may ask for brief feedback to help improve our products.

After the 14-day refund period has elapsed, all sales are considered final and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This applies regardless of the reason for the refund request, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the software, changes to third-party platform compatibility, technical issues that arise after the refund period, or changes in your personal circumstances or needs.

ScriptWeavers software products interact with third-party platforms and services that are not under the control of ScriptWeavers. These third-party platforms may change their APIs, terms of service, security measures, rate limits, or website structure at any time and without notice. Such changes may affect the functionality, performance, or compatibility of ScriptWeavers software. You acknowledge and accept that changes made by third-party platforms are beyond the control of ScriptWeavers and do not constitute grounds for a refund after the 14-day refund period has expired. While ScriptWeavers will make reasonable efforts to update its software in response to significant changes made by supported third-party platforms, there is no guarantee that such updates will be provided, and no specific timeline for updates is promised or implied.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider and your financial institution, but typically take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account after the refund has been initiated. Upon processing of a refund, your associated license key will be deactivated and you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies from your devices.

For complete details regarding refunds, please also review the separate Refund Policy page available on the ScriptWeavers website, which provides additional information and specific scenarios related to the refund process.

10. Software Updates and Support

ScriptWeavers may release updates, patches, bug fixes, feature enhancements, and new versions of its software products from time to time. These updates may be provided to address bugs, improve performance, add new functionality, enhance security, or maintain compatibility with third-party platforms and operating systems. While ScriptWeavers aims to actively maintain and improve its software products, there is no obligation to provide updates on any specific schedule or timeline, and the frequency and scope of updates are entirely at the discretion of ScriptWeavers.

Your initial purchase of a software license includes access to free updates within the same major version of the software. For example, if you purchase version 1.0, you will receive free access to all updates within the version 1.x series, including versions 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, and so on. Major version upgrades, such as from version 1.x to version 2.0, may be offered as a separate purchase, a discounted upgrade, or a free upgrade at the discretion of ScriptWeavers. The terms and pricing for major version upgrades will be communicated on the website at the time of the upgrade release.

Technical support is provided via email at mailbox@scriptweavers.com. Support covers assistance with installation, activation, license management, and basic troubleshooting of software issues. Support does not cover issues caused by third-party platform changes, incompatible system configurations, conflicts with other software installed on your device, or issues arising from the misuse of the software or violation of these terms. ScriptWeavers will make reasonable efforts to respond to support inquiries in a timely manner, but does not guarantee specific response times. Support is provided in English only.

11. Availability and Service Interruptions

ScriptWeavers strives to maintain the availability of its website, online tools, and license validation servers at all times. However, you acknowledge and accept that no online service can guarantee 100% uptime and that occasional interruptions, downtime, or service disruptions may occur. These interruptions may be caused by scheduled maintenance, server updates, security patches, hardware failures, software errors, network issues, denial of service attacks, natural disasters, power outages, changes in applicable laws or government regulations, court orders or legal rulings that restrict or prohibit the operation of certain services or the legality of web scraping and automated data collection in any jurisdiction, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of ScriptWeavers. In the event that changes in law or regulation make it illegal or impractical to continue offering certain features or services, ScriptWeavers reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue those features or services without liability, and such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund outside of the standard refund period described in Section 9 of these terms.

ScriptWeavers is not liable for any damages, losses, inconvenience, or disruption caused by temporary or extended periods of unavailability of the website, online tools, or license validation servers. Downloadable software products are designed to function locally on your device and do not require a constant connection to ScriptWeavers servers to operate. License validation occurs periodically and the software includes a grace period that allows continued use during temporary server outages to ensure that you are not locked out of the software due to brief interruptions in server availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ScriptWeavers, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the website, software, online tools, or any services provided by ScriptWeavers. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, computer failure or malfunction, or any other damages or losses, regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted and regardless of whether ScriptWeavers has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall the total cumulative liability of ScriptWeavers for all claims arising out of or related to these terms, the website, the software, or any services provided by ScriptWeavers exceed the total amount you paid to ScriptWeavers for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the liability. This limitation of liability applies regardless of whether the claim is based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, warranty, or any other legal or equitable theory.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages or liability. In such jurisdictions, the liability of ScriptWeavers shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law of that jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ScriptWeavers, its owners, operators, affiliates, and partners from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and court costs, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website, software, or online tools, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, your violation of the rights of any third party, your infringement of any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any person or entity, or any content that you download, access, store, distribute, or otherwise handle through the use of ScriptWeavers products and services. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms and Conditions.

14. Termination

ScriptWeavers reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, revoke your license keys, and restrict your access to the website, software, and online tools at any time and without prior notice if ScriptWeavers determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, abused the software or services, attempted to circumvent license restrictions, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to ScriptWeavers, its users, or its business interests.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support at mailbox@scriptweavers.com and requesting account deletion. Upon termination of your account, whether initiated by you or by ScriptWeavers, your license keys will be deactivated, your access to the website account features will be revoked, and you must cease all use of any ScriptWeavers software and delete all copies of the software from your devices. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any payments previously made, except as provided in the Refund Policy section of these terms. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, shall continue to apply after termination.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which ScriptWeavers operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these terms, the website, the software, or any services provided by ScriptWeavers shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable period of time, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate legal channels available in the applicable jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal proceedings relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction in which ScriptWeavers operates, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. You waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to the venue of proceedings in such courts.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or other authorized body to be invalid, illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any applicable law or regulation, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the provision as closely as possible. If the provision cannot be so modified, it shall be severed from these terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, unaffected by the invalidity or unenforceability of the severed provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in any particular jurisdiction shall not affect the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, and any other policies or agreements referenced herein or published on the ScriptWeavers website, constitute the entire agreement between you and ScriptWeavers with respect to the use of the website, software, and services. These terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, representations, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and ScriptWeavers relating to the subject matter of these terms. No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of these terms shall be effective unless made in writing and published on the ScriptWeavers website with an updated effective date.

18. Changes to These Terms

ScriptWeavers reserves the right to update, modify, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in business practices, the introduction of new products or services, changes in applicable laws or regulations, or any other operational, legal, or regulatory considerations. Any changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date clearly displayed at the bottom of the document. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed about any changes. Your continued use of the website, software, or online tools after the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to the revised Terms and Conditions. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, ScriptWeavers will make reasonable efforts to provide notice through the website or via email to registered users.
